The P & C Association is open to all parents, staff and members of the Ingleside State School community. People who wish to participate and be involved in the school's development are encouraged to become a member of the Association.
The P & C meets monthly in the school library on the third Wednesday of each month at 3:10 pm. It is maintained through a constitution accredited by Education Queensland. Through close co-operation with the school administration and staff, the association strives to develop an optimum environment for child development. The Parents and Citizens Association encourages all parents to join and be active participants in the development of our school.
We are a team of dedicated parents and carers that support the school by raising funds to assist our children with resources and opportunities to make their time here at Ingleside State School successful and rewarding.
Some areas of involvement are:
- Provide funds for purchase of facilities and resources- fundraising and grant application.
- Provide input into school development and policy.
- Co-ordinate the tuckshop and uniform shop.
- Fundraise, connect the community and enhance children's school experience.
- Provide opportunities for the whole school community to come together at events which maintain and foster the culture of the school.

We have a great partnership with the entire School staff at Ingleside State School. The P&C bring everyone together for enjoyable times that promote our school culture and assist in advancing our school.
