Welcome to Ingleside State School, a small school in the Tallebudgera Valley with a strong community base and a commitment to student success. Since opening in 1892, we have focused on academic growth, student well-being, and meaningful engagement with families and the wider community.
Our school is guided by the motto “Consider Others” and underpinned by our Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) values: Safe, Responsible Learners. These values shape all aspects of school life and support a culture of respect and responsibility.
We operate a multi-age learning environment across three classrooms from Prep to Year Six. This structure allows students to learn with and from one another, promoting connection, independence, and resilience.
Our school mission is clear: Ingleside State School provides all students with the ability to reach their potential in a safe and supportive environment. To complete this vision, each child is given equal opportunities to participate in programs that are meaningful and help them become productive and resilient members of the greater community.
In support of this mission, we are proud to partner with The Resilience Project, embedding gratitude, empathy, and mindfulness into daily learning through consistent strategies that build social-emotional skills.
Beyond the classroom, students participate in a range of academic, sporting, and community-based activities. These programs extend learning and foster active participation in school life.
We value strong partnerships with families and the broader community and work together to ensure every student is known, supported, and encouraged to do their best.
I invite you to learn more about Ingleside State School and see the benefits of a connected, values-based education.
