At Ingleside State School, we value open communication and continuous improvement. Feedback from our school community helps us strengthen our practices and ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. Whether you have a compliment to share or a concern to raise, we welcome your input.

Compliments

If you’ve had a positive experience with one of our staff, programs or school initiatives, we’d love to hear about it. You are welcome to:

  • Let the staff member know directly
  • Contact the school office
  • Submit a compliment through the Queensland Government's contact us page https://www.qld.gov.au/contact-us
  • Call 13 QGOV (13 74 68)
  • Visit a Queensland Government service counter
  • Positive feedback is always appreciated and shared with the relevant staff or team.

Complaints

If something hasn’t gone well, we are committed to listening and working together to resolve the issue. In most cases, concerns can be addressed quickly by speaking directly with your child’s teacher or contacting the principal.

If the matter requires further attention, complaints can be made:

  • In person or by phone to the school office
  • Online via the Queensland Government’s contact us page  https://qed.qld.gov.au/contact-us/compliments-complaints/customer-complaints
  • By calling 13 QGOV (13 74 68)
Further information on how customer complaints are managed can be found in the Department's Customer Complaints Management Procedure External link.
